About Rental Health

Rental Health was established in 2022 with the sole aim of providing landlords with a cost effective and reliable solution to all of their maintenance issues.

Ryan Hardman and Mark Oakley are the Managing Directors of Rental Health Ltd and have over 15 years of experience each in the private rental sector.

Ryan and Mark initially started their careers managing holiday lets on behalf of landlords dealing with all of the maintenance and regulatory issues and ensuring their managed properties stayed in top condition for paying guests. In 2022 the Directors set up Rental Health Ltd to bring the same level of care and dedication to properties in the private long term rental sector.
